We do not manufacture any of our items unless it states: handcrafted.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND PAYMENT
We offer combine shipping ---Combine shipping total is available upon an invoice request or by adding all your items to your cart (You may request an invoice by only using a desktop. If no invoice or communication is made we may not be able to refund you any difference).
If all items are paid in separate transactions then all items will be shipped separately. NO EXEMPTIONS
Purchase(s) will be mailed as soon as a clear payment has been made. It can take up to 3 day (Tuesday - Saturday--- except holidays)
Please remit payment within 3 days of committing to the item. If payment is not made within 3 days an Automatic Non Payment case will open. We will proceed with a NPC to recoup any fees.
We will not cancel any transaction after you have committed to items and you will be strike with a non payment case, if no payment has been made.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – please read additional information
Please note that all packages are insured for up to 0(including shipping). If you make a purchase over 0 you will have to add an additional insurance. Please contact me for additional information on how to pay for the the additional insurance. If no contact, I have the right to cancel your transaction based on terms and conditions. I appreciate your business but I can't afford lost packages do to the mishandling of the Postal Services.
Its your responsibility to understand and comply with all Gov't Customs Regulations. If package gets lost or returned it is your responsibility to contact your local customs. Please note shipping fees will not be reimbursed for returned packages.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.  We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Please note that packages are taking way LONGER than usual and in some countries, it can take up to 2 months of delay.
RETURNS POLICY ---30 days
For all approved returns: Item(s) must be returned in the exact condition you received it. No odors, No alterations, No exposure to pets, or anything that can devalue the item.
All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% if damage, altered or has pet/smoke smells
